How would I create a 'Class' breakdown for CMDB scorecard?

I've tried using the table dictionary, but the results are null, so I'm at a bit of   a loss what to try next...

The closest I've found to get this information is to use the Model Category [cmdb_model_category] table. Usual CIs are also designated as these models when created as certain classes.
