I can not see "configure function field button when configuring report

Hello, as admin in devnow environment I can not see "configure function fields" button anymore. 

Below is what I see when configuring the report

that option is available based on type of report you select. For selected type configuration function filed not applicable hence not visible.

change the type you can see.
