I have created a PA report but my users and when the users drill down to analytics hub to access the indicators they are not able to see the data and they get an error saying " they do not have access to the breakdown, indicator"

I have created a PA report but my users and when the users drill down to the analytics hub to access the indicators they are not able to see the data and they get an error saying " they do not have access to the breakdown, indicator".

And the users have a pa_viewer role already. What additional roles do they need to access the indiactors.

Hi,

 

Check the Access control at the Automated Indicator level.  Change the setting and try again.  

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Performance Analytics > Automated Indicators or to Manual Indicators or Formula Indicators if applicable.
  2. Select an indicator record.
  3. In the Access control section, clear the Visible by all roles check box.
  4. Select the Roles that grant access to the indicator.
  5. Click Update.
