I need to change the colour of a bar chart grouped by option

So the scenario is i need to display two report based on:

  high priority tickets from the last year, so oen report with P1 and the other P1 

  with a group by of Company name

So this is done but when using the ootb chart colors the Companies have different colours show depending on if they are in the chart or not.

So i create a record in Chart colors but it didn;t work:

I have tried with the name of the company and also on core_company table but none of it is working, we are on Madrid atm.

Any ideas

What you configured would color reports to red for that company if the report is set to use chart colors.  What do P1s have to do with it?  Can you explain your scenario a bit more?  What are you seeing that you don't expect or expect that you don't see?

Thanks for the reply, this lead me to see that I would need to set the colours palette to 'Use chart colors (if defined)'.  I hoped it would do this by default but sadly not
