Hello everyone,
I am trying to determine a list of hardware assets that haven't been discovered or validated in the last 6 months. My criteria is below, but I'm unable to figure out how to filter my reports.
1. CI Most Recent Discovery Date > 6 months ago
2. Hasn't been updated by the system in > 6 months
3. Hasn't been scanned by a user (shows up as user = scanner) in > 6 months
Should this be possible to do through reporting, or should I go a different route? I'm having trouble specifically with the last two points, as I'm not sure how to determine when something was last updated by a specific user. Any other suggestions?

On CMDB tables you can find a field called "Most Recent Discovery" and using which you can create reports matching your use cases.
Also, there is a feature called CMDB 360 which has more information about the timeline of a CI. Check this documentation for more information on CMDB 360 https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-servicenow-platform/page/product/configuration-manageme... . You can also use this feature to do advanced reporting on your assets.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Sandeep
