Importing Graphics for Graphs

Is it possible to import new graphics for graphs to populate into, I know I can add static graphics in content blocks with html and such, but can I replace or use graphics that will work when creating let's say a Bar Graph report widget is added and if will instead display fancy images instead of what is normally shown?  

How close to something like this image below can I get?
