Scheduled reports without an active recipient, continue to run

Hello Colleagues

Is there any OOTB solution to disable/remove inactive users from Scheduled Reports? Also, to disable/inactivated those scheduled reports, if there is no active recipient?

We have recently faced some performance issues in our instance, which was being caused by a scheduled report that was running, but had no active recipient, meaning that we were able to "decommission" the report. Our proposed solution is to create a scheduled job/flow, to do this "cleanup" for us, in case there is no OOTB solution.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Rodrigo Ferreir ,

There is no OOTB solution for this. Instead you will need to create a scripted scheduled job to get the job done.
