Inbound email action

From the flow designer i am sending an email.

email is getting triggered for that record.

i have created an inbound email action that if user reply approve on the email, then update that contract record - terminated reason field and the description field.

so from my outlook account i replied - "approve" on the email.

after i replied i got the email in my instance under email logs.

when i preview that record i am also getting what i replied

but terminated reason field and the description field is not getting updated for that record. i want these fields to get updated as per script written in Inbound email action.

did you add logs and see if inbound triggered or not?

set the Terminated Reason field as well from script and see
