Incidents open at the top of the hour

we have a requirement of showing the # of critical incidents open at the top of the hour and trend them through out the day. As an example - Let's assume there are 5 (critical tickets open at mid night) and then later in the day there are tickets getting opened and closed every hour, we need to display the net open incident at the top of the hour as a trend

Something as below can be the filter. All you need is to decide what is top or peak hour for your business case.

Thanks Jaspal, this gives the information on the tickets that are open in that hour and not necessarily that are open prior to it.
