Indicator library under Platform Analytics

For ITIL users the Indicator library list under Platform Analytics displays no value in the columns. They have read access to indicators. On clicking on 'None' the performance analytics widget is visible.

Verify Table-Level and Field-Level ACLs

  • Navigate to System Security > Access Control (ACL).
  • Search for Operation: read and Name: pa_indicators.
  • Ensure there is a field-level wildcard ACL record (pa_indicators.*) set to read.
  • Verify that the itil or pa_viewer role is added to both the table-level (pa_indicators) and field-level (pa_indicators.*) read ACLs.

how have you granted access to read indicators? By custom solution? If this is the case then you should look into OOTB PA roles… besides this, you issue seems to from list view ACL.
