Hi everyone,
Would be possible to create an interactive filter for variables on requested items?
We have a big dashboard for managers, one item I just put on this dashboard is a report of all requested items where catalog name is Service Catalog.
I could add an interactive filter based on the Item, that is working fine.
What I'm struggling with is an interactive filter based on what users selected on the variables.
For example, we have this item, Application Access, which has 2 main fields.
- Application (references cmdb_ci_appl)
- Application Access (references u_cmdb_application_access)
Tried below, but the related list Interactive Filter Reference is being a nightmare, don't know how to proceed.
Any light will be much appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Tushar,
Yes, been checking the documentation all the time.
But the main question here is which tables to reference to get that data.

Hi, we have created custom interactive filters on variables for dashboards where we could provide a very valuable business case. But for most of my users, I recommend that they create reports that function as interactive filters as described here. It's a quick and easy way for my reporting users to create these from variables, and it can make the dashboard look interesting.
