Interactive filters - select display field

Hi All.

I'm trying to create a reference type interactive filter to table ast_contract and want to select the column/field displayed on the dropdown, not using the default column/field.

Just can't figure out how to achieve this as there is nothing on the form providing this functionality.

Does anybody know how to achieve this ?

Unfortunately, I don't think this is possible. The interactive filter choice reference specifications aren't the same as they are for forms; you can't set attributes to designate which columns show up. You can change the Display value of a specific table, but you'd be changing it system-wide, not just on the interactive filter.

 

You can try putting in a HI ticket suggesting that as a feature, but you'll kind of be at the mercy of ServiceNow's developers as to whether it gets implemented or not and when.
