Is Dynamic Option not showing while creating Interactive filter

HI All,

Need to create interactive filter on "Department" field which will be dynamic to users department. But, i am not getting the option " Is Dynamic" for Department.Name field.

Table selected for Interactive filter is cmn_department

Dynamic filter to be put on Department.Name
