Is it possible to create a PA Dashboard filter which makes use of the 'Is in hierarchy' filter?

Hi all,

We are trying to report on departments within a PA dashboard, and found that there is a useful filter called 'is in hierarchy' and allows you to select a department head and then report on all sub-departments. This is an extremely useful feature, but I wanted to know whether this can be used within a PA filter?

The reason for using this is because departments can become duplicated, and genuine duplicates exist within a division when a dept head has DRs who in turn have DRs.

What do you mean by "PA Dashboards?" Our terminology is so inconsistent and unclear that I don't know if you mean what we sometimes called "Performance Analytics dashboards," which was an alternative name for what development calls responsive dashboards or now, Core UI dashboards; or if you mean the more recent Platform Analytics dashboards.
