I'm working on sc_req_item to get total request / average duration / max duration / min duration per item.
Currently the aggregation can only select one at a time for a report, is there a way to display all these (total request / average duration / max duration / min duration) in one report?

From a standard list view you can modify the list calculations to add any aggregate you want to the base of the list.

I am in HRSD and I can't do this in my reporting. Does this depend on table?

You can do this within charts using Explore Analytics -- I put together a quick video showing it here:

I'm a bit confused. Is Explore Analytics part of the ServiceNow ecosystem?
