I am facing an issue with Incident attachments in the mobile app. On iPhone, agents can view and download Incident attachments successfully. In Android, agents are unable to view or download the attachments. The same Incident and attachment work correctly on iPhone.
Has anyone faced a similar issue or know if there are any Android-specific configurations or settings that need to be checked?
