Issue with Emails sent for scheduled reports.

Hii all,
We do have requirement that emails need to triggered to users when they have created scheduled reports.
We could see emails triggered in the email logs, but the type is "send-stagging" and state is "stagging" and they were are not sent to users mentioned in the scheduled reports.
Do anyone have any idea how to resolve this issue.

Hi, unfortunately the details in your post are not clear.
When you state emails are not sent do you mean that the scheduled report is not sending to all users in the list of recipients?
If this is the issue then you will need to start by reviewing the email records in sys_email System Mailboxes > Sent and related details in the system logs.
Or if your issue is that you are emailing users when they create scheduled reports but emails are not being sent? Then this is probably a system default where notifications are not sent to the users who trigger them, and this can be overridden by the notification field 'Send to event creator' which is visible in the notification 'advanced' view in the Who will receive tab.
Also I do not see these values in my OOB sys_email fields

Perhaps you can review and update this thread with clear and specific details.
