I am facing an issue while developing a report. My issue is, when i create a bar chart report on a table which is an extended table, then i try to do Group By option on the field in the report that was extended from parent table and if the label is modified in the child table then on the group by option i am getting the label from the parent table.
For example, in task table we the field called Priority, and since incident extends task, it also has this field, now i change the label of the Priority field in incident by going to Dictionary and then adding the new label under Labels related list, it is now renamed to Incident Priority, now i have created a new bar chart report with group by as Incident Priority. If i go to the report, then it shows as 'Priority' instead of 'Incident Priority'. Note: I have created the report on the incident table.
Can anyone help me to get the label from the child table
