Hi @GowthamGr,
Welcome to the ServiceNow Community!!!🎉🎊
The ServiceNow Community is a platform where developers, administrators, and learners come together to ask questions, share solutions, and learn from each other. It’s especially helpful when you’re stuck on a real-time issue in scripting, Flow Designer, integrations, or configurations. Instead of learning only from courses, you get exposure to real project-based problems and practical solutions.
Being active in the community can really support your learning. When you ask questions, you gain clarity. When you answer others, your own understanding becomes stronger. Over time, you build confidence, improve troubleshooting skills, and stay updated with new releases and best practices.
Yes, there are rewards for being active. You can earn reputation points, badges, and ranks when your answers are marked helpful or correct. While there may not be direct monetary rewards, the recognition, visibility, and networking opportunities can definitely help in your career growth.
I wish you all the very best. 👍
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as Helpful and Correct. 😊

Hi @GowthamGr
https://www.servicenow.com/community/help/faqpage
Rewards
-
If you ask about my experience, yes—these rewards are mainly about self-satisfaction: the feeling of helping others and learning from their experiences and mistakes, and then applying those lessons.
-
On the other hand, you also gain recognition for your contributions when you apply for Rising Star or MVP. There, you can build your own brand by supporting and uplifting others.
