Hello Huodil,
You should only have one filter, not 3 separate filters, for cascading filters to work. You define your top level (Entité in this case) and then define Territoire PM as the second layer with a reference qualifier to Entité based on parent field, then so on as outlined in the Docs I linked to in my previous reply.
Having the filters separate, they cannot share a relationship to dynamically define child selection availability based on parent selection.
Basically:
- Open the Entité filter
- Scroll down to the related lists and go to Cascading Filter
- You should see the filter you selected and an arrow to expand it, this is where you define your cascade (e.g. Territoire PM)
- Once you click new, you will have Parent reference field to define based on
- Then your filter will look like this in which the child options filter based on parent
Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.
Thanks,
Logan

Hello Logan,
the three selected filters are already a cascading filters, what I wnt is if a I select a Value on "Entité" (for example Entity A) the second filter "Territoire PM" I have to select (PM1/EntityA, PM2/EntityA...)
the values displayed on "territoire PM" are based on what I selected on "Entité".
Thanks,
