Machine Learning for Incident Classification? Where do we start?

Hi Barry,



We have just introduced our Intelligent Assistant from ServiceNow called Sofi. Once of Sofi's core capabilities is to train on your ServiceNow historical records to predict fields such as classification and assignment (however our natural language classifiers can be configured for anything). Sofi also offers a chatbot for self service and advanced natural language search capabilities.
