Metrics are not visible under metric definition for sc_req_item table.

Hi ,
I've created a metrics for request item table but records are not visible.

and there one database view for request item tablefind_real_file.png

 

Would you guys please help here,  i need to create a metric report for request item table.

Hello Kartik,

It seems you have create correct metrics definition. 

Kindly note that this definition works only on tickets whose assignment group changed after creating this definition.

You can get this kind of data using Performance Analytics and  creating a Historical dta collection job. Create a PA script that calculates duration
