Monthly Average of Incidents assigned to an assignment group

Hello,

I am looking to build a report, that is looking for the average number of active incidents that were assigned to a specific grouping of assignment groups each month. Trying to get an understanding of our ticket load per month,

Simple suggestion would be to create a Column Report and use the Trend by Created by Month and add group by Assignment Group

Hi @SBurns186 ,

to capture the assigned to specific assignment group during a month, you need to utilize incident metric for assignment group. based on this, you can afterwards create your report based on the incident_metric table.
