Hi Guys,
Have two problems.
1. I can't find nothing about why the heck I cant schedule a Multilevel Pivot Report?
2. Step 1 was my only hope to schedule this report into excel and editing this in excel.
I run a report that needs to show me the amount of tickets (Incidents) updated by date, it is really annoying to have the update times on column, if your team will work more than 400 tickets a day this report will be a mess, is there anyway to get this report to show only the updated date?
Regards
Matt

for everyone's information, here is what I got back from ServiceNow support on this same issue
The issue you are having is linked to a problem, PRB672915, which I am associating with this incident.
Currently, multilevel pivot is currently not supported as a feature of scheduled reports. However, ServiceNow is looking into adding this in the future.
I would recommend keeping an eye out on future releases for this to be included as new feature as it has been asked for multiple times.
For any other additional questions about this, please update the ticket and we can address them.

Hi! Michael,
I am trying to drill down into data shown in Multilevel pivot.
But whenever i am clicking on it, the list view that i am getting does not contain the filtered values of Multilevel pivot.
Same feature works fine in Pivot table only.
Any Idea about it??
Thanks
Sumit
