We have upgraded to ITSM Pro which includes and upgrade to PA. It is not clear which of the multiple plugins apply to ITSM Pro. I have looked at the subscription set to see what products are included and it is not clear there either.
ITSM Pro includes the following:
However, when you select any of these, a number of other plugins are listed.
I have installed the content, spotlight packs and the Performance Analytics for Service Management which references Performance Analytics Premium for Service Management and has been activated.
However, when I check against the Plugins installed for PA, I also see a Performance Analytics Premium and am not sure if this is part of what we have paid for in our ITSM Pro subscription. This plugin has not been installed yet.
I wanted to ask Hi to activate the plugins for me but as the request specifies the plugins to be activated as mandatory, that did not help. I have logged a call with Hi but thought someone in the community may be able to help.
I also noted that despite including the plugin for knowledge, no indicators are active.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Karen

I strongly suspect ITSM Pro allows you to have all of them, but as always: the license model changes so frequently the absolute authority on this should be your rep. Really sorry for the confusion you're experiencing.
More food for thought: Its the indicators in those plugins that really matter. The dashboards themselves have all kinds of interesting widgets, but orgs just starting their PA journey should pick 2 or 3 indicators per process to start with, and custom dashboards from there.

Thanks. I did ask my account team but still no clarity. Will follow up with them again. I don't want to enable something which I'm not licensed for and then have to debate it 🙂

At the top of the Performance Analytics Community, click on "Getting Started". Step 1 is activation and there is a guide to which Content Packs you are entitled to.

You'll want to look at the base content packs and those for Performance Analytics for Service Management.
