Need help with Formula Indicators

Hi,

I need to refer some data stored in tables (lets say weightage for metrics) in a formula indicator. 

FOr example- MTTR weightage is 50 and CSAT weightage is 50. I have this data stored in a custom table for easy reference and maintenance but want to use this values for calculations in a formula indicator, Is this possible?

Also, how to store the calculation result/score of a formula indicator on a custom table?

No, you cannot do it like that. At least not directly. Formula indicators calculate a score from multiple other indicators. Therefore, you first need to create automated indicators to collect data from your custom table and then feed the scores of those indicators to your formula indicator.
