Need report on number of incidents created and number of unique users crested the incidents

Hi Team,

I am trying to show the trend of number of incidents raised each month and a number of unique users raised them to calculate the incident per user data.

Could you please help me to achieve this using Dashboard reporting .

Hi @Uttam Sai ,

Try with the trend type report for monthly incident data.

Set the Trend on "Created" and check the output.
