Old Dashboard is destroyed with zurich upgrade

Hi Braintrust,

Grad SN Learner here,  upon Zurich upgrade legacy dashboards were converted to some platform analytics or some pa dashboards automatically this has disrupted the dashboards... any inputs how to get them back ... any known issues etc or any work arounds for the lost dashboard retrievals. Thanks

I replied to a similar case with another user. Last year we had the same issue when we upgraded to Yokohama. All our dashboard were updated to PA dashboard and it caused issue for our users as  it was not communicated and we had no idea. We had to rollback manually after getting with HI and following some community posts. 

 

Make sure you open a case with HI as you work to roll back and in case you need some explanation to why that happened.

File a Support ticket. There is no automatic conversion from old dashboards to Performance Analytics. You have to use the migration utility. I assume you are talking about your own dashboards, not ones provided OOTB? Because many business units have replaced their old dashboards with Platform Analytics.
