Option to find unused reports & Dashboards & Deactivate them

Hello Team,

Is there any option available to find the unused reports and dashboards and deactivate them? I see more than 3000 Reports are not used for more than 2 years in our environment. these reports are not used and have a lot of flaws, so it reflecting in our Health scan reports. Also, suggest some best practices for managing these reports and restrict user from creating reports
