Hi Team,
I want to identify how many tickets were open at point in time of each month for all ticket type. How it is possible in Performance or Platform Analytic?

Step 1 - go to Indicator Sources table
Create a record
I
Step 2 create indicator
Go to indicator in related list
Step 3 Add breakdown
Step 4 create widgets
Pa_widgets
Step 5 open schedule job
Click execute now
Step 6 - you must have open task
See result in pa_scores table
Note : It takes atleast 24 hours (more in case of large datasets) to get the data ready for showing scores
