Performance Analytics Incident Premium OOB dashboard.

Hi All,

Few months ago, we had enabled the performance analytics premium version and we had modified some of the OOB indicators used by Incident Premium OOB dashboard by making some changes to the indicators formula and adding extra breakdowns to the indicators. After this change, in the OOB Incident Premium Dashboard, the breakdowns present in the dashboard in few tabs are no longer available. example Priority, Age and Assignment Group Breakdowns. This was available before on the dashboard.

Can someone please let me know what may be the reason behind this? or is it because of the customization of the OOB indicators? and how can we get back these breakdowns on the dashboard again?

The most likely reason is that the breakdowns were removed from the indicators.   There are other reasons this could happen though.   I would recommend posting a screenshot of the dashboard (marking what is missing) as well as the breakdowns tab of the detailed scorecard if you are looking for more assistance than this.

We have similar issue. We tried to customize incident priority breakdown source, we expected to see  change in values of incident priority component on the Incident Premium Dashboard. However we do not see any difference. Same value exists. Please refer screenshot for more details.

The screenshot is showing an interactive filter that isn't connected to the breakdown source.  Is that what you edited?
