Performance Analytics Indicator Source and Indicators

Hi All,

After creating Indicator Source and Indicators, When I try to change the Frequency in Indicator Source, I am unable to do that. and when I try removing the Indicator Source from Indicators. I am unable to do and Also I am unable to delete either Indicator Source or Indicators. Please let me know how to overcome this situation.

Are you getting an error?  can you include a screenshot of how you are not able to do it?

Hi Vasu,

Please check if this indicator has any scores collected, if scores are collected please delete the scores and then try to change the indicator source or delete the indicator as you wish. Also remember if this indicator is being used in any formula indicator, you cannot delete this indicator till you remove this indicator from the formual indicator.

Hi Vasu,

You cannot perform the following actions if there are scores collected for an Indicator:

1. Modify the Indicator Source of an Indicator

2. Delete an Indicator

The actions on the indicator source like modifying the frequency and deleting are not permitted as it is being used in an Indicator.

So, you need to delete all the scores from the Scores (pa_scores) table for an Indicator in order to perform any of the above action.

P.S. You cannot delete an Indicator if it is used in any formula indicator.
