Performance Analytics - No data older than 8 months is being shown

Hello all,

Hopefully somebody can help with the following.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Description of the issue:
I want to see the historical trend of open incidents. For example, how many incidents were currently open on 1 June 2023.

Currently the widget is not showing any data before 04 August:

In the job parameters, I have set 1000 days as an example to test:

In the indicator source, there is no condition restricting the date range so it should include all data from 2023:

In the PA properties, I tried changing the range to include multiple years:
PA_04.PNG

In the indicator conditions, there is no date range restriction either:

The widget itself has a period of 1 year:

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Hi @JaeggerLegane ,

Have you looked into the PA properties? More specific: com.snc.pa.dc.keep_scores_for.frequency: Performance Analytics properties (servicenow.com)

Hello Anders,

Thanks for your response.

Unfortunately I already changed the parameters in that property. It's the equivalent of the properties shown in my attached screenshot:

Any other ideas?
