We have just gone live with the EC Pro for HRSD. As we start to look at performance analytics out of the box, I was curious if any other customers had best practices to share around gathering reporting requirements. Or if ServiceNow has a template they recommend using for customers that are new to the system. Also any recommendations on useful reports you may be using today. Thanks!
