Hello Team,
Hello Team,
I have been trying to request a Personal Developer Instance (PDI), but for the past week I have continuously received the following message:
You're waitlisted for an instance. You'll receive an email as soon as one is available.
I understand that PDIs are subject to availability. However, I am currently preparing for ServiceNow Developer interviews and need a PDI for hands-on practice.
Could you please let me know if there is any issue with my account or if there is anything I need to do from my side? I would appreciate any help or guidance regarding when I can expect an instance to be available.
Thank you for your time and support.I have been trying to request a Personal Developer Instance (PDI), but for the past week I have continuously received the following message:

Hi @nrakesh0736
Don't worry—this is quite common at the moment.
Over the past few days, many community members have reported delays when requesting a PDI. In some cases, the waiting period has been 2-3weeks or even longer, especially for lower ServiceNow versions.
You can try requesting an instance on an earlier release, such as Zurich or an older version, but there may still be a waiting period due to high demand.
For now, patience is the best approach, as PDI availability depends on overall demand and ServiceNow's infrastructure capacity.

Hi @nrakesh0736
When your ServiceNow Personal Developer Instance (PDI) is stuck on the waitlist, it is usually due to high system demand and capacity limits following new platform releases. The standard waiting period ranges from 1 to 7+ days.
Many community members reported, even lower version PDI request is getting added to waitlist.
So I will suggest you to Wait for fulfillment if it is already waitlisted. If your PDI shows as "Waitlist," do not cancel or leave the queue, as you will lose your spot
Support is not available for PDI .
