Hi there
I created a new dashboard with Platform Analytics and shared it to the Service Operations Workspace, which makes the dashboard visible on the Dashboard tab in the SOW.
However, the records in the list are still redirected to the Core UI and not to the SOW record page.
Does anyone have experience and can help me?

The solution would be to set the "Use default redirection" property on the IT Agent Dashboard Default page to true and update the Platform Analytics (sn_app_analytics_w) plugin to min. 4.2.2.

How do you "set the "Use default redirection" property on the IT Agent Dashboard Default page to true".
Some instructions would be nice.

Hi Dean,
I struggled to find the option as well, hope this helps:
- Change your application scope to 'Incident Management for Service Operations Workspace'
- Open the 'UI Builder'
- Head to 'Experiences' and open 'Service Operations Workspace'
- Open the page 'default' under 'IT Agent Dashboard'
- In the UI Builder editor, select the 'Dashboard 1' component under the Body section on the left.
- On the right side under the 'Configure' section for the component, there should be an option for 'Use default redirections', switch this on and save.

Hi All,
I've converted our existing dashboard to use Platform Analytics and made it accessible within the Service Operations Workspace. However, the reports were still opening in the Core UI.
To ensure the reports open directly in the Service Operations Workspace instead of the native view, please make sure to uncheck the highlighted checkbox shown below.
