Hoping someone can help, I am trying not to be negative but ever since migrating to platform analytics our user base has been unhappy with the "improvements". I know the potential that is there but there is a lot that has been removed as well. Below are our key challenges that I hope someone has an idea how to address or if it is a known bug. We are currently on Yokohama and about to transition to Australia at the end of June. - Font Sizing on Dashboards have changed considerably going up a couple sized and making everything take up more spare - Dashboards, specifically simple lists not updating as data changes automatically. We have a list of active incidents and when one is closed the list doesn't reflect that without a manual refresh or waiting 5 mins. Under Reports it was instant. - Dashboard layout in general seems much more clunky, there are scroll bars all over the place now that were never there - Inability to center Single Digit within the Widget - Unable to right click open tab on a simple list item (This appears to be resolved in Australia and a workaround is Ctrl-Left Click). Appreciate any insight that can be provided to help alleviate our users concerns and their general dislike of the new ServiceNow functionality.
