Reporting : Business service impacted based on the CI

Hi Team , 

I would like to know for Reporting purpose , 

Suppose any CI's got affected how do i now based on CI how can I find out which Business service got impact ?

how can we implement that in reporting  ? if Yes How ? or if NO what the things stopping to implement .

Hi @pramn 

It’s all about relationships in this area. If a CI gets impacted, you can trace it upwards and check whether its parent has a relationship with the business service or not.

Just take one example and try to build a login page, and then test it in the system.
