Issue A user may encounter the following error in Platform Analytics > Overview, particularly under the Bookmarked or Created by Me tabs:

Invalid row data.
Duplicate row keys found.

Any knows how to resolve this?

Seeing the same error on Australia Patch 5m. What version are you on?

The only ServiceNow issue I can see is below but not sure if this is related:

List AdministrationPRB2014997In Service Operations Workspace, live updates of Alert Express List displays en 'Invalid Row Data, Duplicate Row Keys' error on auto-refresh

Hi Everyone,

I’m currently on Australia Patch 5w38 and encountered this issue. I was able to identify the root cause and resolve it, so sharing the solution here in case it helps others facing the same problem.

Root Cause:
There were duplicate entries in the internal metadata table analytics_visualization_metadata for the affected artifacts.

When the Bookmarked tab builds the list, it joins against this metadata table. Because of the duplicate entries, the same artifact was being returned twice with the same identifier, resulting in the reported error.

Solution:
Removing the duplicate metadata entry for the affected artifact resolved the issue in my case.

I’d recommend validating the duplicate records carefully before deleting anything, especially since this is an internal metadata table.

If anyone is facing the same issue and needs the script I used to remove the duplicate entries, let me know. Happy to share it.

Hope this helps! 😊
