I’m building a dashboard using visualisations linked to HRSD PA indicators. The dashboard will be used by senior stakeholders who won’t have access to the underlying HRSD data, only the PA scores.
If I add dashboard filters based on breakdowns such as HR Service, do users also need access to the underlying HR Service records for the filter values to appear?
I can use the breakdown successfully within the visualisations themselves, but when I add it as a dashboard filter, the filter appears empty.
Is this expected behaviour, or is there a way to make the breakdown values available to these users?
