I am working in a new company environment and have a user who created a visualization. When he selects the add new widget to the dashboard. his dashboard does not appear in the list. help

Wonder if his dashboard is created in Core UI, can he view the dashboard otherwise

He owns his dashboard and the report was created by him too. He cannot search via the report's widget filter. Screenshot.  Here is what I get when I impersonate him in the Test instance.

Yes he can view the dashboard he just can not add the report.
