Content Packs: OOB Reports & Dashboards

Hey everyone, 

I'm working as Product Owner over our company's new Reporting and Analytics initiative, and am looking for a discrete list of reports and dashboards that are available out of the box to help our business partners utilize available reporting to make real-time business decisions through actionable and real-time insights.

I understand many are included with various content packs/plug-in's, and I'm wondering if we can utilize just the reporting and dashboards from the various content packs, or if the entire module needs to be activated?

I'm privy to the ServiceNow docs content packs page, which describes each available content pack along with its associated reporting, but if anyone could share a discrete list of reports and dashboards available OOB, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Do you know of one, comprehensive list of dashboards and reports that are available out of box?

Also curious, are all content packs included with our corporate license, or do some content packs carry an additional cost?

If you are entitled to build the indicator, the content pack is free, so:
 
ITBM (with PA bundled in it), you get all the ITBM (PPM, Resource, etc.) Content packs
 
ITSM Pro gets all the incident/problem/change content packs
 
Everyone gets the platform stuff (CMDB, Knowledge, etc.)
 
Might also recommend you contact your Account Executive to help get you the information that pertains to entitlements.

Final question on Content Packs:

So, I have the list of available Content Packs within Orlando. How can I easily determine which Content Packs are enabled vs. which ones aren't yet enabled within our instance?

Is there a Content Pack table with an enabled field that would give me this information?
