Portal content Tracking

Hi Team,

I m new to service portals, and there is an requirement to track the content. If widget and page as

  • Rich content clickthrough
    • Clickthrough rates are tracked for all records and translated versions of records listed  can be viewed by HR admins on a dashboard
  • Rich content impression 
  • Video impressions and videos played rates
  • Email clickthroughs for all HR emails in all languages. Translated versions should be associated to the English version to give one total.
  • Quick Links Click through rates are available for all HR admins on a dashboard
  • Event impressions and downloads
  • Web applications: Click through rates are available for all HR admins on a dashboard
  • Topic pages and knowledge article views are available for all HR admins on a dashboard. Views are not reset when the pages are updated.

How we can achieve this in servcienow Please suggest
