Hi Team,
I m new to service portals, and there is an requirement to track the content. If widget and page as
- Rich content clickthrough
- Clickthrough rates are tracked for all records and translated versions of records listed can be viewed by HR admins on a dashboard
- Rich content impression
- Video impressions and videos played rates
- Email clickthroughs for all HR emails in all languages. Translated versions should be associated to the English version to give one total.
- Quick Links Click through rates are available for all HR admins on a dashboard
- Event impressions and downloads
- Web applications: Click through rates are available for all HR admins on a dashboard
- Topic pages and knowledge article views are available for all HR admins on a dashboard. Views are not reset when the pages are updated.
How we can achieve this in servcienow Please suggest
