Dear Experts,
Need your kind advice on this. We've developed multiple CMDB reports and placed into a dashboard.
But when clicking the count from one of pivot reports to see details, they are getting "Number of rows removed from this list by Security constraints" message. The report users are from CMDB team. The weird thing is that, they were able to view the result from CMDB query builder but not able to view result from report.
CMDB Query built was just connecting 'Configuration Item', 'Business Service' and 'Service Configuration Item Association' tables.
I am not a sys admin and not sure what are the roles given to them or settings needs to be done.
Based on the tables given in cmdb query source, can help to advise what are the roles require to access those tables in order to view the data in the report? If I will request system admin, what can be done to fix this?
Thanks & Regards,
Daisy

Hi Daisy,
You might want to check out the "report_view" ACLs. They were recently introduced, and this might be causing issues with reading the data in a report.
