"Save as PNG/JPEG" report is not available anymore

Not able to download .Jpeg \ .png images from ServiceNow Dashboard. No option available to download as JPEG/PNG

Hello Ambika, 
It has been seen that some time we are not able to export the report in PNG/JPEG. If sometimes it comes the data is missing from the images.

For workaround you can export it to PDF & convert the pdf to Needed format via third party website.

Thanks for the quick response Tushar.

But we used to have hamburger context menu available near refresh icon. But its not available now. Could you please let me know why its disappeared

since the last chrome update it disappeared ... check this KB

This problem is currently under review and has no workaround
