"View all" link on a simple list does not take be to a list view

I have created a Platform Analytics Dashboard with multiple tabs. On most of the tabs I have at least one simple list visual. I have a filter at the top of the dashboard that filters the Assignment Group across all visuals and tabs.
When I go to one of the simple list visuals and click on the 'View all" link I am sometimes redirected to a list view of all the items in the simple list but at some point, clicking on the link stops working.
Once it stops working, I can get it to work again but clearing or selecting an item in the filter.
Has anyone come across this issue?
The ServiceNow instance is currently on Yokohama, and I'm limited to using MS Edge due to company policy, laptop running Windows 10.

Yes we have a similar issue, but when we click on "View All" nothing happens in Edge or Chrome.


I see there is a "View all" clicked event, which by default is not setup (I suspect this needs to be configured). Surprised that out of the box this needs to be set up on the Simple List componenet.


I will do some more digging before logging a call with Servicenow.

Hi Gary,

I'm seeing the same issue. The 'View all' option stops working, and like Christopher noted I can get it working again by making changes to the filter on my dashboard.

Did you get any feedback from ServiceNow on this?
