Record the initial priority of each ticket

Hii all,

There was a customer requirement that we need to record the initial priority of customer ticket as well as requested item in the form of report. I have created a priority metric for this but it records the duration of all the priority changes done in each ticket. But i need to get only the initial priority.

Can some one help me with this?

Hi Dharani,

Please confirm that the table is audited, For audit table, you can find the initial priority of each recordfrom the audit table
