Records are opened in classic view

When I drill on my Workspace Dashboard widgets, records are opened in classic view (https://[instance].service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic).

This issue occurs with sn_app_analytics_w plugin at version 4.2.3 or version 5.0.5.

From the workspace List, records are correctly opened in the workspace view.

Also facing this issue. I even think that the data visualizations should have option to say in which workspace should the drill down lists/data be opened rather than going to the classic UI which is confusing to end users.

Could you please confirm whether this functionality was delivered in Zurich? Similarly, we are trying to get our users to use Risk Management Workspace but every time they access a list via a dashboard/report in Platform Analytics it takes the user back to Classic Environment.

No. They still haven't implemented this in a good way. There are workarounds available, but this is truly a huge oversight.

Appreciate the update Mark. I agree it's a huge oversight. I'm really struggling to get my users to adopt Risk Workspace as their primary way of working and the system constantly takes them back to Classic. 

We have noticed in BCM there are "Open in Workspace" buttons on most forms in Classic. This would also be really useful in other modules to get users easily back to a Workspace view.
