Redirect to SOW from PAE dashboards

Am I missing something? ServiceNow is pushing everything to the workspaces/next experience, but I can't seem to find a way to have reports link to SOW. They all end up in the old backend. Do we really need to maintain multiple views/experiences because we get a new way of dashboarding (which means that 2 new things aren't aligned)?

Have they really overlooked this at ServiceNow?

No, you aren't missing anything. This is a huge oversight. We move everything to the new experiences, but if you click on a new experience dashboard graph, you end up in the old ui.

I really hope this gets changed soon.

I can tell you one thing: I installed Yokohama RTP and it is still the same, so no solution there (and a whole lot of new bugs introduced), so they have their work cut out for them for the Zurich release.

I can tell you that we are planning on an entirely new Analytics List component for Zurich (safe harbor, yadda yadda). The reason we currently redirect to a Core UI list is frustration over the lack of features in Simple List, many references to which you can find in posts here. Keep your fingers crossed that we can deliver this new component.

So without even knowing if this will be resolved, you are forcing people to start using something that will mess up their entire way of working? We have just spend lots of time, energy and money in getting people moved from the core ui to workspaces and have to (again) spend lots of time, energy and money into validating all dashboards and reports will work after migration, with the result that everyone is going to end up in the core ui again. Please tell me how I can explain this to my managers and colleagues?

What's the goal? Getting customers to find other solutions for their business processes and just leave ServiceNow? The way ServiceNow is handling this new way of reporting is everything but professional. I thought customer satisfaction was your main goal?

@jeffs

It would be very helpful if an official response could come from ServiceNow related to your 'yadda yadda', because at this moment lots of our clients are not happy with the fact that they have to spent time, energy and money into migrating to an Experience (PAE) that is not helping them use the Experiences they just spent time, energy and money for to move all users to workspaces.

The number of clients asking me how they can extend the use of their current reporting ways is growing by the day.
